Emergency
Management Seminar Sponsorships and Exhibitors

The purpose of Emergency Management Seminar is to give emergency
management professionals and small businesses owners an opportunity to network
with peers from across the region, learn through targeted workshops on
successful programs, federal operations, and explore best practices in emergency
management. This one day seminar will be held at Texas Instruments Richardson
Site, 300 W. Renner Road, Richardson, Texas on October 1, 2009. Note: we
are not meeting at the Dallas Metroplex as originally scheduled.
Attendance at Emergency Management Seminar includes state and local emergency management units, local emergency operations managers, corporations, small business owners, organizations, and academia. The inaugural seminar drew an audience of 120 people with state, federal and local emergency management personnel representing 60% of the registered Seminar attendees.
Emergency Management Seminar is made possible by the generosity of our sponsors and exhibitors. To ensure quality networking opportunities, the number of sponsors and exhibitors is deliberately limited. Benefits of sponsorship include added visibility, increased name recognition, and building awareness of products and services. Additional benefits include an exhibit table, company name or logo in the Seminar materials and signage at the Seminar. As an added benefit, all sponsored events will be held in the exhibit area during the Seminar to give Seminar attendees an additional opportunity to visit the booths and speak with the sponsors and exhibitors.
